The heart of a leader shapes every aspect of their leadership. Leadership can be exercised in any number of ways. It can be seen centre stage directing many or behind the scenes quietly influencing without much notice. Some lead with great energy, while others casually with seeming little effort. Regardless of the style of leadership the heart of every leader determines their direction. {CORE} Training recognizes that there is a highly impressionable stage in the leadership journey of emerging leaders, and strives to intentionally invest in their lives, helping them set a trajectory for a lifetime of Christ-centred leadership. Using an integrated, hands-on learning strategy leaders in {CORE} Training will begin to discover the leader within as they grow, serve and share together. |

| Structure: |
Leaders choose one of two sessions: {CORE} 2.1 or {CORE} 2.2. While the experience will be unique for leaders in any session they are structured exactly the same. During the first week of each session leaders will participate in a series of leadership labs. Leaders serve as a Junior Counselor in a cabin and behind the scenes on either the Camp or Kitchen Crew for weeks two and three. (These two weeks are selected by the leader with the help of the {CORE} Leaders.) |

| The {CORE} Training fees for 2012 are $315, plus HST (15%). Your non-refundable deposit ($100) will be due upon acceptance into the {CORE} Training program. Please do not issue deposit until accepted into program. Outstanding balance will be due by June 15, 2012. | ||||
| Space is limited so we do encouraged interested leaders to apply early. Applications available online now; however we will not begin reviewing {CORE} Training applications until mid-March.
